The Next Step is a career exploration and mentorship program designed for young adults ages 16–30. Whether you're considering trade school, college, entrepreneurship, or jumping straight into the workforce, we're here to support you with personalized career guidance, skill-building workshops, and mentorship opportunities. Friday Night Lights is a weekly program held at the Como Community Center every Friday night from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM. This initiative offers a space for free play and recreational activities for youth ranging from elementary school age to young adults.

With an average attendance of 60 to 80 participants, the program encourages social interaction and physical activity in a safe and welcoming environment. Activities may include basketball and various group games, providing an opportunity for participants to unwind, make new friends, and engage in healthy competition.
